Fill your days, or slow them right down.
Snow, rivers, bonfires and big skies — the mountains set the pace.
There’s no rush in Gondhla. Chase glaciers and waterfalls by day, warm up by the fire at night, and let the Himalayas do the rest. Here’s what our guests love most.

Snow & glacier views
Since the Atal Tunnel opened, Gondhla stays reachable through winter — so you can wake to fresh snow without being cut off. Hanging glaciers sit right across the valley, and the peaks glow at first light.

Bonfire evenings
As the valley cools, we gather around the fire under a sky thick with stars. It’s the warm heart of a Gondhla night — an echo of the valley’s own Halda torch-and-bonfire tradition.

River & village walks
Stroll down to the Chandra, wander Gondhla’s lanes to its famous timber fort, or hike up toward Si Lha Gompa for a full sweep of the Tinan valley and its glaciers.
A base for the whole valley.
Plan your days from a warm base.
Stay with us and the whole of Lahaul is on your doorstep.
