Enquiries & bookings

Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only once we reply and agree the room, dates and rate with you. Rates vary by season and availability, and are provided on request.

Rates & payment

Any rate we quote is for the specific dates and room discussed. Applicable taxes may apply. Payment terms, advances and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation and modification terms are shared when we confirm your booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Travel & road conditions

Lahaul is a high-altitude mountain region. Roads, weather and access (including the Atal Tunnel and high passes) can change at short notice. Distances and travel times on this site are approximate; please verify current conditions before travelling. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather, road closures or events beyond our control.

Guest conduct

We ask guests to respect the property, our staff, other guests and the natural surroundings of this fragile valley. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
