The Himachali Red Rice Restaurant.
Food grown in this valley, cooked fresh for hungry travellers.

Himachali Red Rice.
The dish we’re named for. A traditional red-bran landrace grown in Lahaul’s high fields — nutty, hearty and rich in antioxidants — served warm with local dal and desi ghee.
It has fed this valley for generations, woven into everyday meals and festivals alike. We cook it the way it’s meant to be: simple, honest, and full of the mountains.
Four kitchens, one warm room.
Beyond our signature red rice, a multi-cuisine menu for every craving on the road.

Siddu

Himachali Kachori

Himachali Thali
Cooked fresh, from the hills around us.
Where we can, ingredients come from Lahaul’s own fields — red rice, potatoes, greens and herbs. Breads come hot from the tandoor, and meals are made to order, not held under a lamp.
